Entry Limit
Swimmers in the 9-10, 11-12 and OPEN age groups are limited to three (3) individual events per day. Swimmers in the 8 & under age groups are limited to four (4) individual events per day. All entries are to be submitted in short course yards (no meters or conversions, please). This meet will be limited to the first 400 swimmers.
All events on Friday night may be limited to the top 32 swimmers after positive check-in. The positive check-in deadline will be 1 hour prior to the start of the meet (approximately 5:00). If the timeline allows for additional heats, additional heats will be swum. If necessary the meet director reserves the right to limit participation in other selected events, or adjusting the "maximum number of events per session", in order to maintain a meet of reasonable time duration. Clubs may check the meet homepage online on the Wednesday before the meet to determine if entries will be limited. Fees will be refunded at the meet if swimmers are not able to compete for this reason.
The 1650 may be limited to the top 16 swimmers in each gender after positive check-in. The positive check-in deadline will be 9:00 am on Saturday morning. All heats will be swum fastest to slowest, alternating gender, and may be combinedat the meet director’s discretion. All entrants in the 1650 are asked to provide a time or estimated time to be used fortimeline purposes (NT’s will not be accepted).

LOCATION: Kettering Recreation Complex: 2900 Glengarry Drive Kettering, OH 45420
ENTRY FEES/LIMITS: Swimmer Surcharge: $2.00 per Swimmer + Individual Events $5.00 per event. Swimmers may enter and compete in 5 events per day, excluding relays.
FORMAT: Five Sessions (Friday Night, Saturday and Sunday mornings and afternoons) with all events as timed finals. 1stsessions (Morning) are for 10-under with age groupings of 6-under, 7, 8, 9 & 10. 2ndSession (afternoon) age groups are for 11-12 & 13-open. The 500 Freestyle will be swum as 11 and over, fastest to slowest, for both girls and boys, but will be scored in Age Group format. Swimmers must provide their own counters.
CLERK OF COURSE: There will be a clerk of course for 8 & Under swimmers only.
Swimmers 8 & under must report to the “Bullpen” when their event is called.
AWARDS:Events will be awarded 1stthrough 16thplace according to times. Medals will be given for 1stthrough 8thplace and place ribbons for 9ththrough 16thplace, for age groups 14 and under. Relays will be awarded 1stthrough 3rdplace medals. HEAT WINNER ribbons will be given for all 12 and under events. 13-14 swimmers will be swimming in many 13-Open events. These events will be scored as 13-14 and Open, with each Age Group receiving awards.

There will be positive check-in for all events 400 yards and longer. Positive check-in closes at 7:30am.
ABOUT IMX PROGRAM:
IM Xtreme is a program that allows USA Swimming members to track their times (or coaches to track their team's times) against swimmers all across the nation! Just by swimming a specific program of events, you can see where you rank against your teammates, your region and yes, even across the USA!
An IMX score is only established after a swimmer has swum all of the events required for their age group in a sanctioned meet since the start of the current season.
The IMX ranking includes a series of five or six events at longer distances. Once you've completed the IMX program, you can find out where your IMX score ranks nationally, within your zone, within your LSC rank and on your club.
9 & Under; 10-year olds: 200 Free, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 100 Fly, 200 IM
11-year olds; 12-year olds: 500 Free, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 100 Fly, 200 IM
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, & 18-year olds: 500 Free, 200 Back, 200 Breast, 200 Fly, 200 IM, 400 IM
How do I score points?
Rankings in the program are based on power points a system developed by USA Swimming.
How do I participate?
Participation in the IMX is easy. USA Swimming automatically scores and calculates results for all athlete members! Swimmers only need to sign up for a Deck Pass Account, then compete in each required event, at a sanctioned meet, at least once in a season.
